Michael is the third contractor with whom we have worked. Our first two contractors both did excellent work, but
Michael is far more organized and planned far better than the other two. Even before we had committed to using his team,
Michael planned the kitchen Construction down to the smallest detail. His scope of work was a 15 page long, spiral-bound document. He is the only contractor that brought both his electrician and his plumber when assessing the job. As a result, his quote was accurate, both in price and timing. He discovered issues PRIOR to starting the job (which neither the other two companies did). Not only did he anticipate all the details, but he also was extremely helpful in addressing design issues as they arose during the planning phase. It was very clear to us that he spent much more time planning than his competitors. This is the first time we have had “no surprises? with a contractor.
Once the job started, Michael and his crew were remarkably neat and considerate. They spent a significant amount of time cleaning up every day to make sure that they impose as little as possible. His crew was friendly and professional and communicated very well.
Michael was often working besides his crew and very obviously commanded their respect.
Michael and his crew take obvious pride in their work as the work they did was excellent. There is a substantial amount of work that remains to be done on our house.

“EliteEdge Contracting gave our dated and dysfunctional Master Bath a complete makeover and we couldn’t be happier!!
Our original bathroom had a small “plastic” shower stall and huge unused bathtub. After working with
Michael and getting his suggestions, we now have a wonderful spa like retreat with a beautiful, large shower, great vanity area and extra storage space. It went from boring to gorgeous!
Michael and his crew listened to what we wanted, came up with options, then executed the work exactly as they told us. We were kept informed at each step in the process. They stuck to the timeline and kept everything moving along.
